Tell me about delivery please Smalls!

We want you to get your merino goodies as soon as possible. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive (but because we are efficient, it will probably be sooner).

What happens if one of the items I have ordered is out of stock?

We will process your order and dispatch all in stock items. If an item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible. Any follow on items from your order will be delivered with no postage charge.

Gifts? Absolutely.

All Smalls are sent in our stunning reusable Smalls shopper, with a handwritten gift card.

Gift-wrapping is FREE and can be sent directly to the receiver.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We take credit and debit cards via our secure online payment system Stripe and PayPal to make it even easier to purchase from wherever in the world you are!

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an email from us accepting your order, which will include your receipt of purchase. We will then jump up in the air in excitement and shout “hooray woolly goodness” three times.

After that your order is sent to our warehouse for dispatch.

Orders made before 3.30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You get an order confirmation via email and a receipt with your delivery.

If I make an order from outside the UK, will I have to pay taxes and Duty?

All orders shipped by Smalls are delivery duty unpaid

This means that the prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties outside the UK.

When your order arrives you will be required to pay all import duties, taxes and customs as levied by the country you are shipping to and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country that the items are being shipped to. We are not liable if you break any such law.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT? (A bit of small print)

The prices of the products will be as quoted on our site at the time you submit your order.  These prices are VAT exempt because they are childrenswear. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.

Sizes? How do I know?

Size guides for our garments can be found on the shop page . If you are unsure of your required size please check the measurements found here, to make sure it’s just right.

Returns and Exchanges? Read on.

We hope there will be no need for this service as we take the utmost care to send you the best possible woolly goodness. If you do, however, need to return an item to us for exchange or refund you must do so within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Items may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of receipt providing that the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent. The item must not be used or washed and must be returned its in original packaging, with all labels attached. We cannot accept for refund or exchange non-faulty items that have been worn or used or which have had tags removed or which have been damaged. In any such case the garment will be returned to you at your cost.

You must take care to package the item so that it is not damaged in transit and that it is returned to us safely.

Unless the item is clearly faulty, you are liable for any charges incurred when returning the goods and we recommend that you retain proof of delivery. If an item is clearly faulty, we will credit the cost of the return to your account.

We are unable to accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Please note there will be a delivery charge incurred for exchanges for any reason other than an accepted fault.

This includes reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange.

Please securely pack your as-received item with the return document.
Please post to us using a safe and tracked shipping method.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received.

On receipt of items, your exchange or refund will be assessed and processed within 3 working days.

Successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to purchase the items within 28 days. Original shipping charges cannot be returned on non-faulty items.

Delivery

Please make sure the address you have entered is correct. Delivery of an order shall be completed when we send the products to the address you gave us and the products will be your responsibility from that time.

Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an event outside our control. (please see delivery in The Fine Print section)
